This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://mzaoutlet.com with MZA Outlet.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If an address cannot be served by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a cancellation.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (or after we accept a cash-on-delivery order). Friday evenings, Sundays, and public holidays may add time.
Delivery time
- Major cities: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and remote areas: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier events, incomplete addresses, or weather can extend delivery. We will update you if we know of a material delay.
Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout unless your order meets the free-shipping threshold set in the store. Cash on delivery may include an extra fee shown before you place the order. All charges are in PKR.
Cancelling before delivery
You may cancel an unpaid or not-yet-dispatched order by emailing noreply@mzaoutlet.com with your order number, or from your account while the status is still pending or confirmed. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, cancellation follows the return policy instead.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you, they may retry or return the parcel. Extra courier fees for a reattempt caused by a wrong number or address may be charged to you.
