This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from MZA Outlet on https://mzaoutlet.com.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched:
- From your account, while status is pending or confirmed; or
- By emailing noreply@mzaoutlet.com with the order number and registered mobile.
We aim to confirm cancellation within one business day. If you already paid online, the refund follows the timeline in section 4. Cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before dispatch are not charged.
We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we cannot verify the order. Any amount paid is refunded.
2. Returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags/accessories; or
- the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described (include photos).
To start a return, email noreply@mzaoutlet.com with your order number, item, and reason. We will confirm the next step, including the return courier if we are at fault.
Exchanges depend on available stock of the replacement. Used items or unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be refused unless they arrived damaged.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where the processor allows it (for example Safepay card payments). Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account details you provide, or as store credit if you prefer.
Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Return courier cost is yours if you change your mind, and ours if the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refund turnaround time
After we receive and inspect the returned item (or after we confirm a pre-dispatch cancellation):
- We inspect within 3 business days.
- We initiate the refund within 7 business days of approval.
- Banks and Safepay may take a further 5–10 business days to show the amount on your statement.
5. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, contact us using the details below. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to close them within seven business days.
